Government Liaison

Government Liaison, Permitting Coordination, and Meeting Representation.

A professional liaison and authorized project representative between your team and the county, city, municipal, state, and federal entities that affect your project.

Overview

One coordinated voice through permitting, plan review, and approvals.

CSL can serve as a professional liaison and authorized project representative between clients, project teams, property owners, contractors, developers, engineers, and county, city, municipal, state, federal, and other governmental entities. CSL helps clients navigate permitting, plan review, agency coordination, public meetings, technical discussions, inspections, approvals, and other governmental processes that may affect a project. Our role is to improve communication, organize required information, coordinate responsible parties, document decisions, and help move projects efficiently through applicable review and approval procedures.

CSL can attend and participate in county, city, municipal, governmental, regulatory, permitting, planning, development, public-works, utility, fire-code, and other project-related meetings on behalf of or alongside the client. Depending on the engagement, CSL may coordinate presentations, supporting documents, technical professionals, responses to agency comments, meeting records, action items, and required follow-up.
